I am Nyaboga Kingsley.  My wife and I work as the pastoral family for the Love and Blessings Ministry of Nyanchwa, Kenya.

I am the first born of eight children in a family that practiced traditional and other rituals concepts because we kept wondering back and forth as we attended a Mormon church.  At the age of 12 I started attending high school that opened me up to a new avenue of learning.  I was able to go into the library and borrow a bible, that I read every day.  As I got deeper into the bible I started opposing the Mormon teachings I was receiving at home.  The Mormons only used the Book of Mormons and other teachings that I was not seeing in the bible.  Because I accepted Christ as my savior and was baptized at school, I was excommunicated from my family.

One day my father, a strong member of the Mormon church, became sick.  The traditional practices and rituals were performed over him to be healed by those of the Mormon church.  The more they tried, the more my father was dying.  I remember going down on my knees and praying for him, and immediately he was healed, and his health was restored.  That very evening my father met with all my family members to have a reading of the Bible.  At that point, the Love and Blessings Ministries of Nyanchwa, Kenya, was birthed.  In 2000 I was ordained into the ministry by Bishop Rogers Nyabuto.

In my search for Christian material to teach my church, I came across the Bless Ministries of Mobile, Alabama's website.  After reading on the website, I contacted Bless Ministries to request to use their teachings for our spiritual growth.  We were made partners with the ministry and began using their studies to teach our congregation.

I was married to my beautiful wife, Margret Kerubo, in 1998.  Because it took so long before we could have biological children, we adopted two children.  Then in 2007, we were blessed with our firstborn, and later we had a second child.  We also care for sixteen orphaned children. We are able to meet our living needs by running a small farming business, growing vegetables that we sell in the market.
